Today, we are very excited and pleased to share with you a good news: starting from today, the Outsourcing Technology Service business unit (OTS) will spin off from Lenovo-Asiainfo technology Inc and forms a new company invested by Legend Holding, Novots Technology Inc, which will focus on providing IT operation outsourcing service. Legend Holding will be the chief shareholder of Novots Technology.

The reason why Legend Holding invests Outsourcing Technology Service (OTS) is not only because of our unanimous view on the development prospect of IT outsourcing services in China, but also Lenovo entrepreneurs have strong determination and wishes to elevate Chinese IT outsourcing service brand to a much higher level. Meanwhile, the increasingly expanded market calls for the emergence of a larger-scale, more professional and more dedicated local IT outsourcing service provider.
Lenovo’s IT Outsourcing service business (OTS) has started to provide internal IT service to Lenovo Group in 2002 and commence to service external customers in year 2003. Within 2 years, OTS has served more than 20 customers, most of which are Fortune 500 companies, and rapidly built nationwide service network that covers major cities in China. By offering total solution to enterprise and organizations from IT infrastructure management, desk side service, application management to project management and ITIL consulting service, Novots Technology becomes an important IT operation partner to help your business growth in China. In 2005, Novots Technology is awarded with “The Outstanding IT Outsourcing Service Provider in China” by CSIO. All this achievement is attributed to the great support from you all. Chen Hao, director of board and general manager of Legend Capital, will take position as the Chairman of board of Novots Technology. Linda Cheng, who used to be in charge of outsourcing technology service, will lead the new company as President. The pervious OTS department will transfer to the Novots Technology. And we want to pledge to you that the structure reorganization will not in the least impact the implementation of the contracts already signed and the commitment to our clients, neither will it influence the cooperation with our business partners. Furthermore, Lenovo-Asiainfo will continue to provide strong support to Novots and existing customers to ensure more advanced, concentrated, perfect services.
