
On the Best Customer Service Evaluation Awards Ceremony of 2007-2008, Novots is awarded the Best China Outsourcing Service Provider, the only IT Operation and Maintenance company who gains this award.
The Customer Service Evaluation Group is hold by China Information Industry Association (CIIA) and China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS). This Evaluation sets several awards, namely the Best China Customer Service Providers, the Best China Customer Service Center, the Best China Service Management as well as the Best China Outsourcing Service Providers. The Evaluation consists of pre-examination and re-examination. The evaluation included call evaluations, on-site and secret visits, which ensure the justified and objective evaluation results.
